![]() Make the game hard, but rewarding in the form of a lot of options available to the player. I think I am in the minority of players that, while I agree the game is challenging, I'd rather see more tools be added to the heroes rather than the monsters get reduced to mere kittens. Obviously I don't want other heroes to steal the Abomination's thunder, but that isn't to say they can't benefit from some improvements we see in the Abomination. I put a suggestion about it in the Suggestions category. I could totally picture other characters with an altered state, like the leper getting some sorta mode that maybe guards the second and third rank but makes him take increased damage or something like that.Īlso withregards to the leper's hew, maybe add a debuff to it? Or maybe increase its damage but lower its accuracy even lower, that way its a risk between choosing the already risky normal attack or possibly hitting two for slightly decreased damage but a high chance to miss. Originally posted by Nickboom:I'm in agreement with Jerjare, I think all the heros should be a big meaningful choice of who to take, not "Which hero sucks the most, lets not take him" Besides, having an abom on the team is so interesting and fun cause I switch from doing a lot of healing in the last few rounds to focusing on how to keep stress levels really low to get the most out of his weregoat form! (Which in turn ends the battles quite quickly :) ) ![]() Doesn't have to be the same as Abomination (I'd prefer it wasn't) but just something. While I understand this is so you don't have to waste a whole turn just going Beast Mode, I think several other heroes could benefit from their own version of it in the form of self-buffs or altered states. The transformation is the only example of an ability that gives the player a 'free' action. What advantage to some other single target stuns have that can't be met by the Abom in human form crit-whipping+stunning a target? Rake vs Hew: Shouldn't the Leper have the 'better' version? I'm fine with the beast mode Abom having a comparable attack, but the Leper should be the one swinging a giant sword around here!ĭamaging, single-target stuns: The Abom gets the best of both worlds trinkets that improve the success rate, and camp skills that crank up his damage. However, the devs need to look at a few things: He can swap between them (well, once per battle) as the needs change, making him super versatile. If anyone has ever played League of Legends, he's basically like Nidalee- with two forms that do two completely unique roles. ![]() If anything, he reveals holes in other characters that need filling. The Abomination is powerful, but I'd hate to see him nerfed. Honestly, I think the players need every edge they can get.
